Saarathi - Area Sales Manager (6-15 yrs)
- Saarathi's main purpose is to digitize & propel the offline lending market in India by creating a marketplace between business correspondence/DSAs and lenders. Saarathi is a one-stop shop for all your lending needs covering secured & unsecured loan products currently. It enables verified and trusted channel partners to send digitized loan applications with detailed risk assessment to lenders. In the first 6 months of launch, Saarathi has more than 5000 channel partners and 40 lenders registered on the platform. By September, 2021, Saarathi sales team would be present in more than 30 clusters in the top 6 cities. Our 2 year ambition is to have - 150+ active clusters, 25k active users and INR 5k crore monthly disbursements on the platform.

- PG in Business Management with overall 6 -15 years of experience.
- In Depth Knowledge of Asset Side of Banking- Mortgage (home loans and loan against property), Personal Loans, Business Loans is a must.
- Proven Track record of building and leading successful teams in Channel Sales in a regional role
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high ownership

- We are seeking proven Channel Sales Performer to help us grow our channel acquisition (DSAs, Sub DSAs, Connectors) in North India. You will be responsible for overall sales acquisition, channel expansion and bank partner relationship for the assigned market.

Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed assigned targets on Sales Acquisition and revenues.
- Enhance Saarathi Mindshare and product adoption among the Channel partners through effective sales engagements and execution strategy.
- Devise and execute sales acquisition, channel management and revenue strategy for the region.
- Responsible for enhancing partner productivity and meeting key partner engagement metrics.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key partner stakeholders.
