Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting appointments with enterprise clients engaging C-level executives in international markets, specifically in the US, UK, and Australia. The focus will be on SaaS-based products, and the candidate should be adept at handling cold calls, nurturing leads, and converting them into qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enterprise Client Focus : Target and engage level enterprise clients
- Cold Calling : Initiate and handle a high volume of outbound calls to C-level executives in the US, UK, and Australian markets.
- Lead Generation : Identify potential leads through research and qualify them by understanding their needs and pain points.
- Appointment Setting : Effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products, leading to successful appointment scheduling with C-level decision-makers.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system, including leads, calls, and scheduled appointments.
- Follow-Up : Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and prospects to ensure continuous engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified - leads and to optimize the sales strategy.
- Reporting : Prepare and present weekly reports on cold calling activities, lead status, and appointment setting progress.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Experience : 1-3 years of proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, specifically in international markets (US, UK, AUS).
- SaaS Products : Strong understanding and experience with SaaS-based products and solutions.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives.
- Market Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the US, UK, and Australian markets, with the ability to tailor messaging to each region.
- Sales Techniques : Expertise in cold calling techniques, lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in setting up appointments with C-level clients in SaaS businesses.
- CRM Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any Field.
- Familiarity with different cultural nuances in communication styles across the US, UK, and Australian markets.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
