We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute innovative online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing trends, audience behavior, and competition.
2. SEO & SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
3. Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including blogs, infographics, and videos.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
4. Email & CRM Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer retention.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging for better engagement.
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to measure campaign performance.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Report on ROI, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
6. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Guide junior digital marketers and provide training where necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 -5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and HubSpot certifications.
- Experience with automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign,hubspot).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
