We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Content Creation and Management :

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio).

- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

SEO and SEM :

- Manage and optimize the company's website for search engines to improve visibility and organic search rankings.

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

- Plan, execute, and measure A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Social Media Management :

- Develop and execute a social media strategy to build brand awareness and engagement.

- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.

- Monitor and report on social media trends, analytics, and metrics.

Email Marketing :

- Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns.

- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Analytics and Reporting :

- Use analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and website traffic.

- Generate monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Paid Advertising :

- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.

- Monitor budget and adjust bids to optimize ROI.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
