Saara is a VC-backed, fast growing E-commerce technology company that leverages AI to help online brands become profitable by the economic and environmental impact of product returns. Job Overview :

The Demand Generation is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in inbound and outbound marketing, campaign management, and customer journey mapping. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the effective handoff of qualified leads and maximize the ROI of marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, etc.).

2. Collaborate with content, product marketing, and sales teams to create targeted marketing strategies.

3. Manage and optimize campaigns for lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion across various platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).

4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

5. Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) to nurture leads and manage the customer lifecycle.

6. Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure smooth lead handoffs.

7. Conduct A/B testing on campaign assets, such as emails, landing pages, and ads, to improve conversion rates.

8. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).

9. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.

10. Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and demand generation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 1 - 3 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role.

- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.

- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot).

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social campaigns is a plus.
