Job Description for Sales Manager
- Responsible for sales of Residential and Commercial properties.
- Required to follow all standard operating procedures for effective sales.
- Have to manage the team and should provide guidance.
- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
- Should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the customer service
- Market analysis and research
- Spotting market opportunities for new customers
- Responsible for planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame
- Fluent in English and Hindi mandatory
- Monitor the performance of the sales function and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Develop and control the budget for the sales function to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements
