Execute Business Development & Marketing strategies in accordance with the Company's overall goals and vision;
- Source, Plan and Meet various Corporate/Business Heads/Society Chairman/Society Facility Manager/Society Secretary for promoting & providing the Company's services;
- Prepare and manage a marketing plan for the Company's service, idea or event;
- Help create and promote the overall brand identity of the Company;
- Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts & existing contacts;
- Following up new business opportunities, setting up meetings & closing the deal
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients;
- Providing Market & Competitor insights to the Company with suggestions on improving the current product & services;
