- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Call on leads provided & generate leads
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to offer loan products and services.
- Provide information about loan options, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
- Assess customer needs and financial situations to recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain the loan application process, documentation requirements, and assist customers in completing applications.
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest or submitted loan applications.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer databases with relevant information.
- Achieve sales targets by meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Stay up-to-date with loan products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
