- Must have experience in handling dealer
- Have experience in Passenger cars
Designation- RSO ( Rural Sales Officer )
Business Development:
- Conceptualize & execute strategies to achieve pre-set targets and ensure profitability.
- Manage lead generation, track information of new / potential projects.
- Monitor competition and devise effective counter strategies.
New Market Development :
- Identify & explore new markets, tap profitable business opportunities.
- Collate market intelligence reports to devise key entry strategies to penetrate new markets.
Channel Management :
- Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups / Relationships with dealers
- Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue targets.
- Visit to each dealership & helping them in day to day operation.
- Planning and implementing dealer sales promotional activities.
- Mentoring and coaching dealer sales executive in value selling on the job and class room sessions. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets.
- Action plan formulation and timely implementation at dealership across the assigned territory.
- Tracking and achieving the planned market share.
- Dealer record keeping and monitoring.
- Ensuring dealer system evaluation and planning and implementation for improvement.
- Implementation of Company's schemes at dealerships.
Product Management :
- Organize promotions, seminars etc to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Manage the gamut of tasks including product development, market testing, distribution, launch promotions for new products.
