Roles and Responsibility :
Role :
- Implementing sales strategies
- Planning and ensuring delivery as per target
- Managing the Telesales team and assisting junior staff(AM/TLs)
- Monitoring the performance of the team
- Ensuring people and process optimization
- Compiling and presenting sales reports
Skill :
- Data Interpretation and decision making(qualitative and Quantitative)
- Should be a way of life
- Managing and Driving team of 50 telesales agents, 3-4 TLs/AMs (Micro and macro both should be sound)
- Ownership of delivering targets
- Hiring agents(required), TL hiring
- Work Prioritization and focus on larger goals
- Strong on Performance Review and Feedback Communication
