Rupeek - Manager - Field Sales (2-7 yrs)
JD for Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
- Meet and Pitch Rupeek's offerings to potential customers
- Build trust by handling customer objections
- Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
- Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
- Share local insights from the field to the central team
Skills required :
- Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills.
- Hunger- Check family dependency and past Incentive earnings
- Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
- Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
- Basic mathematics calculations
Persona For
- Graduate with 3-5 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Financial products. or High Value, Low Volume products
- Preferably between 25-30 years of age
- Excellent Presentation and Invokes Trust
- Excellent Communication Skills in the local language (basic English)
- Companies - Telecom, FMCG - Just Dial, Eureka Forbes (High Value, Low Volume)
- Financial Services - High involvement concept selling.
