RupeeCircle - Associate - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Execute ideas & run campaigns with partners end-to-end: including identifying the right opportunities, negotiation, closure, execution & follow-up reports
- Discover newer channels of strategic alliances in the best interest of the company's growth
- Actively engage with potential & current customers by launching campaigns, maintaining client relationships, maximizing ROI & effectiveness
- Customer acquisition from partnerships, tie-ups and events
- Coordination: Channel Partner Coordination, interact with sales & marketing team
Requirements:
- Exceptional skills at problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions.
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
- Motivated to add value to organisation and partners
- Flexible to travel within city for work
- Take initiatives to grow the business
- Ability to manage and nurture business partnerships
- Should have a strategic mindset and ability to evolve with the business
Education - Graduation/Post Graduation anything is good.
Work-ex - 2-4 yrs of Business Development (preferably start-up)
