We are looking out to strengthen our Retail Leasing team (based in Mumbai).

The ideal candidate should have experience in Retail Leasing in Malls / High streets.

Key Deliverables for the position would be :

1. Should have a good network with Brands for leasing.

2. Retail Leasing for Mall/High Street.

3. Understanding space requirement of Brands & Negotiations on Rental and terms

4. Handling leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation of retail space to prospects.

5. Planning and implementation of the Brand mix in retail malls.

6. Engagement and negotiation with retailers/Brands to sign the lease for retail stores of the Malls/High Streets.

7. Negotiation and finalization of rental and Agreement terms with potential brands.

8. Working to sign lease agreements with the tenants and to follow the leasing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

9. Ensuring brand adherence to the lease terms and following up through execution of Fit-out and opening of the store.

10. Weekly and Monthly report on leasing status
