RumaH - Manager - Business Development (3-4 yrs)

Job Summary

The person plays a key role in the business by doing sales by filling vacancies. He is also responsible for the business development by creating new cooperate tie ups and new flat addition to our business. He is responsible for developing AT RumaH by tying up new houses with AT RumaH.

Responsibilities and Duties

On field sales:

- Keeping the flats 100% occupied

- Should post ads online.

- Show the accommodation to the respective candidates

- Explain the terms and conditions of the PG

- Complete the move in formalities with coordinating with RumaH Care.

- Bring on new initiatives for productive filling of vacancies.

Corporates:

- Identifying new prospective corporate clients who would like to tie up with us for Service apartment accommodation.

- Sell the concept of Corporate guesthouse / Service apartment to the Corporates.

- Relationship management post tie up.

- Retaining the clients for long term run.

- Adding New Apartments/houses for PG:

- Identifying the new prospective/house owners interested in tying up with us.

- Explaining the concepts of earning

- Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in sales - real estate

- Excellent communication skills

- Must be fluent in English and Tamil.

- Must have computer knowledge (MS Office)

- Marketing skills

- Negotiation skills

- Committed and self motivated

- Fast learner with minimal guidance

Salary: - 300,000.00 - 360,000.00 per year
