Rudra Innovative Software - Executive - Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of work experience. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our SaaS product.
Responsibilities :
- Follow and deliver CRM strategies to retain clients, boost loyalty, and expand the brand.
- Design and implement a CRM structure that integrates seamlessly across the business.
- Ensure proper database segmentation for targeted marketing.
- Collaborate with departments to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Generate ideas, prepare proposals, oversee production, and report results.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate CRM program performance.
- Maintain stakeholder records in the CRM system.
- Lead retention campaigns from concept to analysis.
- Ensure the CRM system supports an effective sales funnel.
- Analyze market trends and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong interest in technology and tech products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-versed in customer acquisition.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Qualifications :
A university graduate; Masters (Computers/Business) is preferred
