Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Sales professional. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as networking administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service support.

Main Responsibilities of a IT Pre-sales Specialist :
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Managing the sales bid process by responding.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
Key Requirements :
- You possess a Degree in Engineering, Marketing or a related field
- You have prior experience in IT sales
- You possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- You have strong presentation skills
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
Skills Required :
- Bachelor's or Masters' Degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent. (MBA, B-tech, M-tech)
- Solution-oriented analytical skills.
- Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.
- Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.
