Ruckus - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Job Specifications :
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face & maintaining good rapport with the clients of the company.
- Understanding the requirement of the client & provide services as required.
- Respond promptly to a customer inquiry.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Manage & updating the customer's accounts on a daily basis.
- Converting leads into business.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Record details of actions taken.
Required Candidate profile :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven with proven leadership qualities and ability
- Peoples person who would love to meet and greet people
- Should know how to maintain the relationship
- Good selling skill
- Good analytical skills
- Language: English, Hindi, Kannada
