Ruchi Soya Industries - Zonal Sales Manager (12-14 yrs)
- The Zonal Sales Manager will be the head of Sales and Distribution operations in Bihar+Jharkand+Odissha.
- He will report to the NSM.
- He will have a team of about 5 ASMs reporting to him.
Key responsibility
- Top-line growth by brand / category and Product. Focus on reduction of costs and optimal utility of resources.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of the business dynamics and geographies of Bihar, Jharkand and Odissha.
- Should be thorough in Distribution and Sales Management, Retailing and distribution development
Key Skills required
- Team Management, Negotiation, Data reading and Analysis, Communication and presentation skills.
Competencies required
- Leadership thinking, Team building, FMCG Domain expertise, Result focus, Business expertise.
- Must have a proven track record of leading teams towards achievement and exceeding business growths.
Age - Preferably below 45
- Must not have more than 4 job changes with at least two jobs of 5+ years stints.
