Area Sales Manager
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for Sales and Share Growths in his assigned area. He will have a team of Sales representatives and Sales Officers reporting to him. Key deliverables would be Sales Volume Targets and growths as per ABP of the area and individual team members.
Key Competency required would be Result focus, Team management skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills in addition to Market awareness and Basic Market Planning abilities.
We would expect an in-depth working knowledge of the FMCG sector with special emphasis on the Edible oil sector.
We would also expect someone with at least 2 years of Supervisory experience with On Roll Sales people.
