Job Details:
1. Sales Target :
- Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise
- Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
- Selection of new staff, induction of new staff in market
2. Marketing Support :
- Planning for growth of next planning year
- Maintaining relationship with distributors, appointment of distributors and settlement of claim.
- Ensuring payment and availability of products as per sale and targets
3. High Performance Team:
- Coordinate with the HR to efficiently implement HR initiatives so as to motivate and lead a High-Performance Team.
- Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
- Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company
- Team Building and removing obstacles for growth
4. Market Knowledge:
- Must have handled 3-4 states business and must have updated market/ area knowledge
- Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes in the market.
- Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
