Ruchak India - Area Sales Officer (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for Sales Officer to join our growing team of Ruchak, India , who can take the responsibility for creating FMCG distributors, calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.
Salary : 15K-18K
Experience : 2-4 years in FMCG Food & Beverage sector
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
- Generate new customer leads through various channels
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
- Update all the daily activities in our official mobile application.
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made
Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Proficient in using Sales Application
- Proven track record in sales environment
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
