Interim Period up to 90 Days from your Date of Joining

- Your performance is found well and good, you will be confirmed after your Interim period of 3 months, If there is a need, your probation might be extended further.

- Weekly you will achieve 75 to 80 Leads to develop Primary market as per your District Target

- Monthly one face to face meeting in factory location

- Whatsapp Live location 8 Hrs with location update - 4 times a day

- Executives should have their Android Mobile with above Version 7

Job Description :

- ISR primary responsibility is to collect order from the distributors and to verify the distributor claims.

- One ISR has to helps to Fix 5 to 10 New dealers in class towns based on the district potential
