Ruby Food Products - Executive - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing market field and strategize sales promotion
2. Meet and exceed sales targets
3. Should be well spoken, people person to maintain good relationship with the retailers
4. Sound knowledge about market conditions and willing to travel
5. Should have the ability to appoint new distributors and follow up with the existing distributors
6. Ability and desire to push sales in a competitive environment
7. Should be well spoken, people person to maintain good relationship with the retailers
8. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
9. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
10. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
11. The skill to work as part of a team
Requirements:
1. Should have complete understanding and experience in the secondary sales field
2. Should have done an exemplary work in regards to sales turnover and achievements in the previous companies
Work Location: Salem, Tiruppur, Villupuram
Qualifications:
1. Above 2 years of sales experience in FMCG
2. Any degree, +12, diploma
3. Strong verbal communication skills
4. Should possess problem solving skills
5. Should be self-motivated with results driven approach
