We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, retaining existing ones, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves liaising with our Partner Services and sales team within India, upselling our products to existing clients, and handling telephone interactions, client queries, issue resolution, error-free updation, follow-ups, and business updates.

Responsibilities :

- Onboard new clients who have signed up to use our services, ensuring a seamless transition and providing comprehensive support to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with our Partner Services and sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Identify opportunities to upsell our products to existing clients, promoting our services and enhancing their experience with our company.

- Engage in telephone interactions with customers to follow up on payments, respond to emails, and provide business updates, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and fostering long-term relationships.

- Manage non-technical aspects of STAAH Channel Management and handling, ensuring efficient and effective use of our systems.

- Stay updated with the latest upgrades in the STAAH Channel Manager.

Qualifications :

- Graduate degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer support or client-facing role.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using technology, including STAAH CRM systems and other customer support tools.

- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of email etiquette and communication practices in all interactions.
