Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and reliable Customer Service Executives to join our team for Inbound/Outbound/ Chat and Voice process. A customer service executive typically works with a company's established customer base. Responsibilities include contacting customers who have inquiries or concerns related to their purchase experience or purchased product use. The job role is mainly facilitated through outbound and inbound phone calls, emails, and online chat requests.Individuals in this role should be natural problem-solvers with excellent customer service skills and a focus on prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Manage Account Inquiries - On a daily basis, customer service executives interact with customers.They identify customer's needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.This job also requires follow-up calls or emails .
Build Client Relationships - Through strong customer service skills and techniques, customer service executives engage customers and build sustainable relationships.
Verify and Process Payments - This role require performance of administrative functions including verifying account information and ensuring orders are processed accurately.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience required for the job- Fresher/ Minimum 6 months - Maximum 1.5 years
Required Educational Qualification- Fresher/ Graduate/ Undergraduate
Required Key skills :
- Excellent/ Good communication skills
- Experience in Outbound hardcore sales
- Good typing speed( for Chat process)
