- Develop market penetration strategy in markets, consistent with company's expansion strategy.
- Continuously track competition and evolve competitive sales strategy
- Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customer
- Train and evaluate the performance of the team
-Meeting clients and brokers for generating sales
- Ensure that the pipeline of prospects is strong enough to achieve target set for the Month. Build in pipeline of prospective clients by doing planned Corporate Meetings and Cold Calls
