Designation : Assistant Manager - Sales / Manager - Sales / Senior Manager - Sales
- We are looking for young & dynamic Sales Team Members. Their role is to source customers for the various foreign exchange products & services offered by the Company. Candidate should be self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record. Understanding of Foreign Exchange Market would be an added advantage.
- The said team member has to be a go getter and result oriented person with a passion to achieve BIG in Life. Salary will not be the limiting factor for the suitable candidate.
1. Job Description :
a. Inspired Self Starter and able to drive Sales growth for the Company
b. Making daily sales calls to the prospective Customers
c. Achieving the assigned Business Targets
d. Ability to Cross Sell other Products
e. Building Rapport with the customers & Providing best customer service as per market standards.
f. Handling Customer queries and complaints effectively
g. Regularly enhance your Product Knowledge and Selling Skills
h. Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and adhering to Company policies and procedures
2. Duties & Responsibilities :
a. Ensure Strict discipline & decorum is maintained in the office at all times.
b. Ensuring Office cleanliness & hygiene are maintained at all times.
c. Ensure Company Policies & Procedures are strictly followed all the times.
d. Reporting Daily business numbers to the Line Manager / Management on time.
3. Requirement :
a. Graduate and above in any discipline
b. Having Very Good Communication & Presentation Skills
c. Having Excellent Customer & Sales Skills
d. Ability to multi Task, set priorities and Manage time effectively & efficiently
e. Prior Experience in Foreign Exchange Sales will be preferred however will not be the limiting factor
