RPM Exim - Executive - Sales (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales in the North American market. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the North American market.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and achieve personal and team quotas.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a sense of urgency.
