Position Summary :
- The Influencer Marketing Executive will oversee day-to-day operations Partnership and Influencer Marketing. One of the most important responsibilities is the development and delivery of our influencer strategy across various social media platforms, including finding new ways to leverage talent to grow awareness and consideration and build advocacy.
Job Description :
- Research, identify and engage key online macro and micro influencers aligned with the brand
- Lead in the crafting of full-scale influencer campaigns that support brand strategy, objectives and KPIs
- Build and develop strong relationships with talent and their reps, social influencers and agencies through communication as it relates to the campaign
- Influencer Outreach, Budget and Campaign Management as per brand calendar and objectives.
- Manage paid partnerships and invoicing; Collaborate with the other teams to create unique events for influencers.
Education & Skills Required :
- 1-4 years professional experience in influencer/digital marketing/influencer agency
- Education : Any Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing
- Proven track record to build, execute and scale influencer campaign with any FMCG Brand. Preferably, Food.
- Experience in managing budget, negotiating contracts.
- Experience in using influencer dashboard of agencies for research & tracking
- Strong administrative and communications skills
- Understanding of the influencer content landscape and trends.
- Ability to work in collaboration with content, social media and brand verticals.
