SALES CO-ORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Preparing purchase order, proforma invoice and quotations
- Maintaining logistics related to inward and outward of goods and follow-ups
- Handling communications with vendors via phone and email.
- Follow up of the received orders till the end process
- Payment follow up with customers and vendors on the basis of materials received
Qualification: BE Electronics, B.com, B.A, B.B.M
Skill:very good at communication.
