Rovoox - Senior Manager - Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Rovoox is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development, planning and execution of acquisition marketing strategies for all Rovoox games. The candidate will drive effective global User Acquisition campaigns with outstanding results via diverse channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads etc. You will be responsible for building the team and optimizing the process to continuously produce a high output of top-performing video ads and playable ads. In this exciting role you will take ownership of marketing and communications strategy across all regions for Rovoox. You'll be leading the marketing team and you will be working on highly scalable mobile games, used by millions of people.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a focal point for marketing matters within the department in order to build a 360 marketing plan for our games.
- Develop and lead the overall UA strategy for our new games
- Analyze creatives and ad data sets, identify best practices, and provide data-backed insights to improve our marketing performance and KPIs
- Design, implement and analyze a/b tests to keep improving marketing performance.
- Develop and manage player segmentation, identify and describe core target audience; prepare a target player profile, create target player group descriptions for marketing activities
- Develop global marketing branding and influencer campaigns; execute them from concept to development
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Lead our marketing team: hiring, mentoring, ensuring their integration within the organization and giving them a clear purpose and strategy while overseeing their tactical execution
- Develop relevant dashboards and tools to analyze UA performance and provide reporting on performance at a regular cadence for key stakeholders
- Work closely with external partners to develop measurable and successful customer acquisition campaigns
- Review and present media channel strategies for global market, and show clear understanding of rationale behind media channel selection
- Develop and manage player segmentation, identify and describe core target audience; prepare a target player profile, create target player group descriptions for marketing activities
- Concise budget management and forecasting with a clear understanding of spend commitments to drive acquisition and build brand awareness in market
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of acquisition marketing experience, with preference for mobile games, ideally F2P - and specific experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, mobile ad networks and mobile ad exchange
- 5+ year experience in Mobile User Acquisition
- You are KPI-driven and have outstanding analytical skills
- You have a lot of experience in conversion optimization and know the basics of behavioral psychology
- Proven success of leading and managing a growth-driven successful acquisition campaigns.
- Understanding of the mobile marketing funnel: UA, ASO, FTUE
- Launch of a minimum of 2 F2P mobile games
- You have a good understanding of mobile ecosystem (Store, App, tracking system) and KPIs for mobile apps.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of performance marketing and social media metrics
- Passion for mobile games and game related marketing communications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You have no issues presenting complex ideas to senior levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
