RoundGlass - Territory Sales Manager (1-3 yrs)
1. Be a brand ambassador for Blossom among the school community
2. Responsible for managing Blossom's outreach to schools in the particular city.
3. Responsible for managing sales pipeline & delivering outcomes
4. Responsible for Account Management post sales
5. Responsible for executing marketing campaigns & events in collaboration with the marketing team
6. Responsible for cold-calling schools, follow-ups, maintaining databases
7. Achievement of quarterly & yearly targets is as important as creating a path to long term success over next 3-5 years
8. Conduct competitive analysis on the best practices of key competitors
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Undergraduate from any discipline with good academic performance
2. MBA is not mandatory - but is preferred
3. Willingness to travel extensively within the city
4. Minimum 1 year of experience of B2B sales
