Round Glass Wellbeing Pvt. Ltd, a US Based Healthcare Major in the business of creating wholistic wellness & wellbeing products and services for the B2B & B2C segment globally.
As part of our launch plan in Asia Pacific & Middle East Region - we are looking to hire summer interns to assist us with Go to Market Strategy and Business Planning - this is an international assignment which will require the students to travel and stay in any of the following countries - Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines & UAE.
Given below is a brief outline of the project work:
- Students will study the competitive landscape and give us a dossier on the market players in this space
- Give us a sense on the well being culture and what constitutes well being and wellness in these countries in the context of the culture / habits of people in that country
- Give us a sense on the regulatory framework in the country with regards to setting up business & if there is any regulation around companies selling well being and wellness solutions in these countries
- Set up meetings with at least 10 HR folks (mid level to senior) for a one-on-one conversation on what do they want as well being & wellness solutions for their employees and to find out if our current solutions match their expectations
- Set up meetings with at least 3-4 Marketing agencies to give us a sense on what works as GTM strategies and some cost outlays for planning purposes
- Other compliance, work visa and office set up regulations & costs which would be relevant for us to get going in these geographies
