Roswalt Realty - Corporate Sales Trainer (4-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of the sales team, presales and channel partner sourcing team.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources such as manuals, guides, and online modules to support sales training initiatives.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales representatives, sales managers, presales executive, channel partner sourcing managers/ executive other relevant stakeholders, both in-person and virtually.
- Teach sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.
- Educate sales professionals on the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products or services offered by the organization.
- Train sales personnel on the sales process, CRM systems, sales tools, and other relevant technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Assess the effectiveness of sales training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and training methodologies to continuously improve the quality and relevance of sales training programs.
- Collaborate with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, prioritize initiatives, and drive sales performance improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any field
- Relevant experience of being a corporate trainer in REAL ESTATE will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills - Hindi and English, written and verbal
