Rosetta by Ferns - Executive - Telesales - Inbound Process (1-3 yrs)
- Call potential customers through leads generated by the marketing team and brief them about our luxury holiday memberships.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to ensure that calls lead to meetings.
- Set up meetings for the field sales team and provide the support needed to get closures.
- Should be able to Handle objections and resolve member/ customer conflicts.
- Should be able to build and maintain strong client relationships and high levels of customer service.
- Should be able to achieve the daily call target (including follow-ups).
