Job Description : Sales Manager

The role is focused on being an integral part and owning the business development effort at Roomito to maximize the revenue potential of Roomito portfolio of SAAS based products. The role also demands generation and development of new business opportunities and delivering an integrated approach to business development framework. This position requires a self-starter with some level of entrepreneurial flair and ability to manage people.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Own your pipeline and prospect generation for your assigned markets.

- Generate, develop and close sales opportunities of Roomito SaaS-based solutions to B2B customers.

- Define and drive the go to market strategy for assigned territories.

- Achieve the assigned sales target and build a healthy sales Pipeline.

- Work with Roomito legal team in drafting, reviewing and formalizing all commercial arrangements, agreements, and contracts.

- Experience of interacting and selling to C level executives.

- Help assist and lead the marketing efforts B2B marketing, webinars, tradeshow participation.

Skills & Experience:

- Candidate should have minimum 2-5 years of B2B experience in software product sales.

- Background in selling SAAS based solutions would be preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers.

- Must be Proactive, self-motivated and Results-driven.

Behavior:

- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.

- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.

- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
