Roofvest - Manager - Field Sales (1-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Communicating company objectives with prospects.
2. Identifying opportunities.
3. Ensuring the companies objectives are fulfilled on the field.
4. Converting opportunities into sales.
5. Ensuring a proper presale sop.
6. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
7. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
8. Forecast sales, develop - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Requirements :
1. Proven sales experience
2. Track record of over-achieving quota
3. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
4. Computer use competency
5. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
6. Self motivated and driven
7. Field job: 9AM - 6PM
8. Age Limit: 21 - 32
9. Any degree
Salary: 20K-35K/Month + incentives
