As an Advisory Sales Executive, you will play a critical role as the direct channel of support to the homebuyer. You will assist the homebuyer during his entire home buying journey - from discovery to possession.
Key Accountabilities :
- Use leads generated by the calling and marketing team and converting them into customers
- Convert customers by meeting them face-to-face and explaining to them the benefits of Home Buying Advisory Service (HBA)
- Provide a list of properties that best match their requirements
- Take customers for site visits armed with a thorough knowledge of the project
- Negotiate the best price with the builder for the homebuyer
Requirements :
- About 3 - 6 years of experience in direct sales
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mindset
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective in setting priorities and meeting deadlines
