Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience in client management to join our Delhi NCR office. The ideal candidate will be skilled in nurturing client relationships, securing new business, and contributing to our team's overall growth.
Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Draw up client contracts - ensuring that agreements are reached, ensuring both the client and company are satisfied.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, building a reputation of reliability and creating customer loyalty.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing and retaining key accounts.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
