- Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a Real Estate transaction
- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts as well as with old clients.
- Reporting to the team leader and Manager regarding daily follow ups and promotional activity planning.
- Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits.
- Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines.
- Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery.
