Job Description :
- Digital Marketing Manager will hold the complete authority and accountability of all branding, advertising and marketing activities.
- A team leader, who represents a brand to targeted customers in order to increase awareness, create a specific value, generate sales opportunities and meet lead generation goals.
- The role also requires thorough planning, strategizing and execution of digital strategies by keeping the end result in mind.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing, motivating and constantly upgrading a team of marketing professionals including Content Marketers, Content Writers, Search Marketers, and Designers etc.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, focused on-demand generation, contact nurturing, conversion optimization and driving revenue in a manner that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, drives awareness, and builds a loyal customer base.
- Oversee new member and new customer acquisition campaigns, customer retention and traffic-driving campaigns, including but not limited to content marketing, display advertising, search marketing (SEO and SEM), email, affiliate marketing, retargeting and social marketing.
- Overseeing various lead generation and lead nurturing practices like CRO Email Automation.
- Orchestrate social media and PR activities; identify, follow and participate in all relevant social media platforms.
- Strategize and execute international events and exhibition planning to achieve targeted footfall.
- Analyze campaign performance data and create internal reporting to inform overall performance and ROI.
