ROI Mantra - Business Development Role (1-4 yrs)
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through outbound calls, research, and secondary sources.
- Create compelling bids and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Build and maintain a database of potential accounts using web search, Linkedin Search, AI search and lead generation tools like Easyleadz.
- Provide technical information and explanations to prospects, ensuring a clear understanding of our services.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, with a keen eye for new opportunities.
- Generate, develop, and close sales opportunities consistently.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in Digital Marketing Sales.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services and marketing strategies.
- Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and follow-through capabilities.
- Experience in building a solid sales pipeline
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
