Job Description: Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other effective strategies. Our company is located in Gurgaon, India.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and email marketing campaigns, to generate leads and qualify potential customers.

- Utilize various channels and strategies to reach out to prospects, such as social media, professional networks, and industry events.

- Engage in effective communication and follow-up to nurture leads and build strong relationships with potential customers.

- Conduct thorough research to identify target accounts and key decision-makers within those organizations.

- Collaborate with the business development team to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and pipeline growth.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.

- Provide accurate and timely reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and metrics.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.

- Strong background in cold calling, email marketing, outreach, and lead generation.

- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, or other similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

- The salary range for this position is - 20,000 to - 25,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.

- Additional incentives will be provided based on closure and achievement of sales targets.
