Rodium - Sales Executive - Real Estate (0-2 yrs)
Sales Executive
- Responsible for attending incoming & outgoing calls Leads.
- Responsible for generating & meeting prospective clients.
- Responsible for strong follow ups with clients.
- Responsible for achieving targets, preparing reports.
- Responsible for offline marketing activities.
- Responsible for deal closing.
- Customer Engagement:
Generate leads and engage with customers through meetings & organize site visits with prospects ensuring actual sale
Collaborate with marketing and unit / area heads to run campaigns at a regional level
Effectively Follow-up with Clients for receipt of booking amounts and engage them till possession is offered.
- Agent / Channel Partner Engagement:
Recruiting and Managing a Team of Agent Advisors / Channel Partners
Train the Advisors and Channel Partners, Motivate them continuously for yielding results.
- Reporting:
Monitor progress of agency and direct sales on a continuous basis and share updates with key stakeholders in form of daily / weekly / monthly sales report.
- Have experience of dealing with HNIs / Real Estate Sales
- Should have experience in selling solutions / concept selling / selling luxury products
