Responsibilities :

- Research and understand the market dynamics and stay on top with latest trends and market insights

- Achieve sales targets in units and revenue as well as price targets.

- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with company

- Create presentations and narrative basis the market research and analysis done

- Understanding briefs and build go to market strategies based on product market fitment

- Learning and understanding the product offering and target customer base

- Support business development team in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships

- Create customised solution and pitch decks promoting our products and at the same time addressing the potential customer needs

- Proven record in excelling in the Outbound sales role

- Impeccable written & spoken English

- Expertise in cold email reach-outs or cold calling

- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment is a MUST

- Ensures that all sales and marketing activities are aligned with company compliance policy and are conducted within legal and ethical standards.

- Propose sales targets and strategies to management on a regular basis and present written reports and recommendations.

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities Required :


- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task.

- Selling Skills and tactics to maximize top line growth

- Professional conduct as it relates to proper business attire, communication and servicing of customers.

- Ability to articulate and develop professional relationships.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Good track record in leading and energizing teams to develop and execute commercial growth plans in a matrix environment

- Strong demonstrative customer focus

- Proven strategic selling skills to achieve growth and sales targets

- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Great influencing skills, with the ability to build trust

- Proficiency of the English language is a plus
