Robosoft Technologies - Executive/Lead - Inside Sales (8-10 yrs)
- Should have experience leading inside Sales team for IT company (look at our competitor companies).
- Need to be well-versed with InsideSales activities, process, tools.
- Excellent English skills (both spoken and written). Should have undergone accent training for US markets.
- Ability to work closely with senior Business Development folks to create, execute and generate reports on the campaigns run by InsideSales team and self.
- 50% of the activity is individual contribution towards lead generation and 50% on team management, reporting, coordination with US BD team.
- At least 5-6 years of experience. Should understand the Sales Process very well. Innovation in generating the leads, research and prospecting is key.
- Mobility, Digital experience is value add.
- Should be result oriented, and strive to keep the team motivated.
