Inside Sales Executive

As the Executive for Inside Sales in India, you will be chartered to grow our pipeline of new opportunities focusing on EU. Your role will focus on understanding client requirements, presenting Roambees value proposition, and driving forward the business deals with the clients. This role is based in our Mumbai office and reports to the Inside Sales Manager, India based in Mumbai.

Your Area of Responsibility :

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Understand customer needs and requirements

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

- Perform effective online demos to prospects

- Work within Hubspot CRM tools.

What Were Looking For:

- Proven 2-3 years of inside sales experience

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively

- Proactive can-do person who is persuasive and has a proven track

- Energetic, self-motivated, with a strong propensity to succeed.

- Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

- Bachelor degree required.

- Interest in supply chain management or transportation and logistics a big plus!
