Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Creating relevant pitch decks & periodically updating the same for optimum output.
2. Adhering to Sales process i.e. right from lead qualification, discovery call to closure in a streamlined & professional manner.
3. Diligently and creative ways of follow up with clients to speed up the process.
4. Walk through the demo & product offering in a systematic and engaging manner.
5. Co-ordinating with multiple teams to execute pilots and plans respectively.
6. Researching relevant events and webinars to participate & increase visibility.
7. Abreast with current market and competitors to formulate offerings diligently.
8. Organize & share frequent reports on health & status of an account.
9. Creation of monthly & quarterly strategies to adhere to the targets & company goals.
10. Spear heading projects & partnership/alliances as per the requirements
Requirements :
1. Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience selling to enterprise clientele.
2. Handling/Generating revenue from a portfolio. Min 30 lac+ worth of business & pipeline MoM
3. Languages - Fluency in English & Hindi, (Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali (good to have))
4. Good office skills (Excel/ word/ Power point)
5. Personal Laptop and Internet mandatory. Well averse with lead generation tools and organizing campaigns for reach out periodically.
6. Immediate joining or max 15 days of notice period
7. Qualification : MBA must (specializing in Marketing)
8. Competency to generate enterprise leads to connect & target. Well networked & having industry connects.
9. Good communication backed with Brilliant Presentation skills, convincing skills & giving demos to senior stakeholders.
10. Target and Performance shall be predominant criteria for course of action
11. Vision to learn & build career in Transport & Logistics domain & hunger to streamline and digitize the traditional processes via new age platform.
12. Ability to grasp technically complex features & simplify as per the clients use case
