Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be a part of the frontline sales team and will be responsible for driving sales of subscriptions onwww.dancewithmadhuri.com(including android and iOS apps) and on-ground courses to institutions like schools, colleges, corporates etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

- B2B Sales and B2B2C sales

- Cold Calling / Setting up business meetings for B2B sales for tie up

- Lead generation/ Client Acquisition through online and offline channels and have a healthy funnel of leads- including schools, societies, Corporates etc.

- Maintain monthly sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits in order to achieve the targets assigned

- Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones

- Activate and maintain key accounts

- Generate, Acquire and Manage key accounts

- Ensure achievement of targets month on month

Qualifications and Skills :

- 3-4 years of experience in field/institutional sales sales preferably in education/FMCG/Telecom category

- Minimum Undergraduate degree, preferably MBA

Tech savvy

- Knowledge on any form of dance is preferred

Analytical Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
