RK Jewellers - Officer - Client Relationship Management (1-3 yrs)
Position Responsibilities :
- The main responsibility of this position is to ensure that there is a seamless customer follow-up pre and post sales.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
1. Work with the CRM team to maintain a database of customers as well as walk ins
2. Keep in touch with the sales team to get new customers- data from them on a daily basis
3. Plan and execute a regular follow up plan with each and every customer
4. Track sales conversions in coordination with the sales team
5. Address and follow up with the social media queries, tracking and reporting the progress.
6. Suggest and implement improvements in the CRM system
